The hotel offers unacceptably located rooms overlooking the lobby with non-opening huge glass windows, giving a box-like feeling, but with a great view of Koenigsallee. Despite this, the rooms are spacious, luxurious, always clean, and filled with opulence and top-notch amenities that Intercontinental is known for.
The hotel offers spacious and soundproof rooms, making our stay really enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable but need refurbishment. Room service was prompt, even delivering a bucket of ice to our room. The service was polite and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, adjacent to all necessary shops and restaurants, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The dining experience was of high quality but slightly expensive. Overall, a great choice for a convenient and friendly stay.
