the hotel location worked well. it was right off königsallee, close to the subway. the breakfast tasted good. the room was comfortable and clean.

the hotel air conditioning malfunctioned one day. i woke up in the middle of the night and it had turned itself off. the engineer did not know the system as it was newly installed.

The location made exploring effortless, very close to shops and markets. The staff was really good. our room was super clean, it offered a very comfortable and peaceful retreat, which helped us recharge after busy days exploring the area.

The air conditioning was not powerful. It required a significant amount of time to cool our room.

The room had great blackout shades. This was important for my baby's sleep. i was thankful for the extra mattresses i got for the baby bed. this made it easier to handle my baby. the hotel and rooms have great design and are super clean.

the swimming pool allows kids and i was a bit frustrated because i had expected it was adults only. it wasn't informed anywhere beforehand.
